Facilities staff described masonry damage that requires partial wall removal to the deck, replacement of doors and exterior masonry work, and said an architect and bid process will be needed to complete the repairs. The county said it is engaging the insurance company to recover some costs but requested the upfront capital amendment to proceed with repairs.
Committee members moved the item to the agenda for further action.
