Board members approved the variances and the site plan after a presentation by the applicant and staff about existing site constraints, parking shortfalls and landscaping tradeoffs. The motion to approve the variances (Variance 2501) and the site plan (SPR2501) passed with all board members present voting yes: Vice Chair Barbara Thomas, Board member Ramgulam, Board member Mann, Board member Celeste McGill and Chair McKay.
