Committee chair Cindy Quinones opened each agenda item by reading the staff reports and calling for discussion. Ricardo Marias, city staff, presented site findings and the staff recommendation for each request, concluding that the three required conditions for a disabled space had been met and recommending approval. "Staff recommends the installation of a blue curb disabled person's parking space with signage," Marias said during the reports.
