Resident urges county action on long-running drug house, neighbors allege persistent crime

Chair Patrice Horstman acknowledged the public comment and noted that sheriff’s representatives and county staff were present at the meeting and had heard Mills’ remarks. Horstman invited follow‑up with Supervisor Gay and staff.
