"So moved by Commissioner Eastwood and seconded by Vice Chair Aldrete," Chair Steven Apodaca recorded during the motion, and he called for the vote. "All those in favor of the drafted internal review document with the amendments ... please say aye," Apodaca said. Commissioners responded, and Apodaca announced the measure adopted.
