Constance Lake (Building Department), Elizabeth Back (Planning Department), Development Services staff, and the Fire Department each indicated they had no further comments on the item. The Health Department notified staff that it had no further comments as well.
The committee's recommendation was recorded as part of its technical pre-application review; final approvals will be made by department heads when formal plans and applications are submitted for comprehensive review.
After recording the recommendation for Parcel B, the committee adjourned the meeting.
