Heritage group warns mayor’s budget would cut legacy business program manager; commissioner asks to place letter on next agenda

Woody Labonte, president and CEO of San Francisco Heritage, told the Historic Preservation Commission June 4 that the mayor’s most recent budget submission proposes cutting the Legacy Business Program manager role and urged commissioners and private citizens to press supervisors and the mayor to retain it.
"I want to alert you if you didn't know that in the mayor's most recent submitted to your budget he is proposing cutting the legacy business program manager role," Labonte said during public comment.
