- Municipal order accepting bid (BIN 202534) for professional cleaning services from JNF Janitorial Services Inc. for city facilities in an amount not to exceed $219,040 over the contract term. Moved by Commissioner Bailey, second by Commissioner Hill. Staff said this was an evaluated bid and named Facilities Manager Dave Hayner and Public Works Director Annie Souza as contacts. - Ordinance (first reading, nonbinding) adopting the FY2026 annual operating budget. Moved by Commissioner Perrigan, second by Commissioner Beasley Brown. Outcome: advanced on first reading (see separate article for details).
- Ordinance relating to classification pay schedules and authorizing pay increases for FY2026 (first reading). Moved by Commissioner Perrigan, second by Commissioner Hill.
