One commissioner commented that consultants can produce firm descriptions of services and past projects within a short RFP response window.
A motion to accept the RFP as presented carried by voice vote. Commissioners directed staff to expand the map in the RFP to show precise boundaries and to include interactive and lighting options in the scope so proposers can present creative placemaking ideas with cost opinions.
