The superintendent described the outreach process: 1,962 survey participants, eight focus groups with 91 participants, and a steering team that included board members and community leaders. The plan includes fidelity and effectiveness measures and a governance structure of committees and leads to implement the plan in school year 2025–26.
The presentation noted the district recently received Lilly Phase 2 grant funds earmarked for communications, which the superintendent said will support publishing the plan and broader outreach. Board members were invited to submit final edits by Friday ahead of publication.
