Supervisors asked staff to explore publishing commonly requested records on the county website to reduce repeated public-records requests and asked county attorney staff to participate in the review. Board members also asked staff to review and present the county's public-records fee schedule.
Separately, staff confirmed a quarterly public-works update on county roads is scheduled for June 10 at 1 p.m.; supervisors said a separate public meeting specifically for road complaints and methods (grading, crowning and blading practices) will be scheduled at a later date. The board discussed possible participation by a long-time public-records requester for context and considered following that presentation with an executive session for the county attorney.
