A second speaker, who identified himself during the public forum as a parent and coach supporter, said Coach Turline (surname used in comments) accepted a lower-level position elsewhere because he no longer felt supported locally. "He's walking away because he no longer feels that he has the support needed to help the wrestling program continue to grow and succeed," the speaker said, asking the board to consider how decisions have affected coaches and athletes.
