Commissioners asked about neighborhood outreach and infrastructure or safety impacts; staff said notices were mailed broadly, no public objections were received, and that permitting will determine pool installations, fire protection and assembly‑space requirements.
Commissioner Zalk moved approval per staff recommendation; Commissioner Schivel seconded. The motion passed by voice vote.
