Grimes County court approves replat of Reagan Estates Lots 2A and 4A

County Development Coordinator Sean King told the court the application was a property owner’s request to shift a property line adjacent to the owner’s house and that the proposal “meets all of our requirements.” The court invited public comment; the presiding judge asked whether anyone wished to speak and no one did.
Commissioner Michael Raskin indicated he had reviewed the matter for his precinct and approved it; the county Road and Bridge department also approved the replat as submitted. The court record does not show a separate roll-call vote on the replat during the hearing.
The court then moved on to other business and, later in the short session, approved a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Michael Raskin made the motion to adjourn; Commissioner Philip Cox seconded. The court voice-voted in favor and the motion carried.
The hearing was held at the Grimes County Justice Center in Anderson. The court called the meeting to order in the morning; the record notes that all members of the court were present. No fines, fees, variances or additional conditions were stated on the record for the replat during the hearing.
