- Edward Elmhurst Health nursing-services contract: Motion to authorize execution of the contract for fiscal 2025 in the amount of $2,009,872.97 for school nursing services. Motion made by Dr. Henry; seconded by Miss Troutman. Motion passed (6–0–1). The contract reflects a 9.8 percent increase in cost for FY25 driven by base salary increases, added record-management stipends and staffing adjustments to reduce district reliance on substitute nurses.
- Resolution to transfer $4,000,000 from the Operations & Maintenance Fund to the Capital Projects Fund: Motion passed (6–0–1). The funds will support projects including secure vestibules, parking-lot work at York and Churchill, HVAC and unit replacements, security updates and other summer capital projects.
