Adoption roll call: 6-0 (Alderman Nash, Hayes, Gold, Singh, President Pro Tem DeLucia, Mayor Nystrom). Outcome: adopted.
- Resolution: Receive referral letter from Commission on the City Plan regarding the 253 Lawler Lane rezoning. Motion moved/seconded; adopted 6-0.
- Resolution: Acceptance of 2025 Connecticut Port Authority Small Harbor Improvement Project grant for replacement of floating docks at Howard T. Brown Park. Motion by Alderman Singh, second Alderman Gould; adopted 6-0.

- Resolution: Approve Sachem Fund Board recommended payouts to Norwich Police Department ($8,900), Neighborhood Services ($6,100), Norwich Events Organization ($28,000), Greenville Neighborhood Revitalization Zone ($14,228.44). Motion by Alderman Hayes, second Alderman Gold; adopted 6-0.
- Resolution: Memo on projected FY24–25 general fund CCD and TCD budget to actual results received; adopted 6-0.
- Resolution: Receive resignation from Harbor Management; adopted 6-0.
- Withdrawn: Resolution relative to purchase-and-sale agreement and Dodge Stadium (intended withdrawal noted on the floor). Record shows attempted withdrawal; no final vote on a sale was taken.
- Executive session: Council entered executive session under Connecticut General Statutes Sec. 1-200(6) to discuss collective bargaining and pending claims; roll call to enter executive session passed 6-0. The council reported no votes were taken during executive session.
