Evansville City’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund voted June 10 to approve Round 4 home-repair contracts for 68 Herndon and 1010 Bellmead and to give preliminary approval for site inspections at three Round 5 addresses: 1424 South Governor, 1614 Dresden and 404 South Morton.
The approvals allow staff to move forward with contractors and field assessments. ‘‘Titan...won the lowest bid on both of those,’’ committee member Corey Kemp said during the meeting when staff identified Titan as the selected contractor for the two Round 4 projects.
