The clerk opened the roll for coauthors; 65 members were recorded as coauthors. The Assembly adopted the resolution by voice vote; the clerk announced “the ayes have it” and the resolution was adopted. Several members later introduced guests and industry figures in the gallery, including Pascual Rotella of Insomniac and Kobe Dannen of Framework, who were welcomed after the measure passed.
