Masonic Lodge donates bench; library, historic and community groups announce summer events

The Clinton Community Library and Friends of the Library promoted two upcoming events: a garden tour on June 28 (ticketed online) and summer reading sign-ups starting June 30. Library trustees said the library is conducting a community survey to inform long-range planning, and invited all residents to respond; the library offered a drawing incentive for survey respondents.
Community groups reported on Community Day and other volunteer efforts. Friends of Clinton organizers thanked volunteers for running the community day event despite rain and announced plans for a July dance benefit and Community Day 2026. Town volunteers and highway crews were thanked for cemetery cleanup and flag placement at veterans’ graves.
