On June 11, 2025 the Tracy Planning Commission voted to adopt a resolution finding that the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2025–26 through 2029–30 is consistent with the city’s general plan, as required by Government Code sections 65103(c) and 65401. Veronica Child of the engineering department presented the CIP list, which staff said includes more than 100 projects and a planning total in the materials of over $500 million across categories including streets, wastewater, water, drainage, airport and parks.
