Staff said the business, operating as DFW Bimmer, has been at the location since 2014 and is seeking to expand from Suite 205 into Suites 204 and 206 so each of the owner’s three businesses would occupy a separate suite: DFW Bimmer (auto repair), DFW Bimmer Auto Sales and 777 Insurance Agency. Staff reported the combined tenant space will total 4,770 square feet and that the site requires 12 parking spaces; the applicant will occupy space within a 112‑space parking lot and proposes no outdoor vehicle display or outdoor storage.
Planning staff and the planning and zoning commission recommended approval with conditions tying the SUP to the business names and the owner (Jesus Cardenas Jr.), prohibiting outdoor service/repair, outdoor storage or display of vehicles or parts, and noting the SUP may be revoked if conditions are violated.

Operational details: Staff said the auto shop specializes in BMW service, does not perform bodywork or paint, employs eight people including the owner, and will operate Monday through Saturday. The SUP is conditioned to prevent outdoor vehicle display or storage and to allow revocation if the conditions are breached.
