- Approval of minutes: May 20, 2025 regular meeting and May 27, 2025 workshop meeting. - Ordinance 2025-16 (second reading) amending the 2025 budget to provide additional appropriations to the general fund, capital improvement fund and streets capital construction fund. - Resolution 2025-73: Authorizing a purchase-and-sale agreement with Gribble Bros Rich for property at 2502 Henderson Loop. - Resolution 2025-86: Authorizing a consultant agreement with AHBL, Inc. for the 2026 comprehensive plan and development regulations update. - Resolution 2025-87: Authorizing a maintenance agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation related to the South George Washington Way intersection improvements projects. - Resolution 2025-88: Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the revocable right-of-way license agreement with the Bonneville Power Administration. - Resolution 2025-89: Authorizing a consultant agreement with Parametrics, Inc. for 2025 landfill environmental monitoring services.
Council moved to approve the consent calendar and the motion passed in a roll-call vote with Mayor Richardson, Mayor Pro Tem Kent and council members Jones, Luxon, Meyer, Witten and Van Dyke recorded as voting aye. Several of the consent resolutions were adopted by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
