Supervisor Magsig moved for approval; Director Vanderpool seconded and the motion passed on a voice vote.
Board members raised questions about the process for going back out to RFP for consultant services for 2026. County of Fresno staff said they intend to pursue an RFP to evaluate consultant options but acknowledged that preparing and issuing an RFP could take time and might require another short extension; staff committed to returning to the board with a proposed timeline.
