No public comment was received at the second reading. The board voted to adopt the ordinance by roll call: District 5 — yes; District 2 — yes; District 4 — yes; District 3 — yes; District 1 — yes. Staff will proceed with the necessary CalPERS contract amendments and administrative steps to implement the benefit change for the identified positions.
