Germantown design review commission approves March minutes and two consent-agenda items

The Germantown Design Review Commission on May 20 approved the minutes from its March 25, 2025 meeting and passed a two-item consent agenda, the commission chair said.
The commission voted to approve the March 25 minutes after Ms. Meanwell moved to approve them and Mr. Nitschwitz seconded the motion. A roll-call vote recorded votes in favor from Mr. Nitschwitz, Ms. Meanwell, Mr. Carney, Ms. Kimbrough, Alderman Hicks and Chairman Bruns; the minutes were approved.
The commission then considered a consent agenda. The original agenda listed an assigned-package approval for Le Bonheur Pediatrics but the chair said that item had changed during executive session and that the next consent item was River Oaks Reform Presbyterian Church approval of an assigned package. Ms. Meanwell moved to approve the consent agenda; Alderman Hicks seconded. A roll-call vote recorded the same commissioners as voting yes and the consent agenda passed.
The chair stated there were no requests from commissioners or members of the public to remove items from the consent agenda before the vote. No public commenters spoke during the meeting.
With those matters concluded, commissioners moved on to liaison reports and announcements and then adjourned.
