The Janesville Plan Commission on May 19 elected Kathy Bosco chair and Doug Markline vice chair for the term extending through May 2026.
The nominations were made during the commission’s opening business. Commissioner Williams moved to nominate Kathy Bosco for chair; Commissioner Squire seconded the motion. Commissioners voted by voice, and the motion carried. Commissioner Markline was nominated and confirmed as vice chair after a second by Commissioner Don Guerra.
Six commissioners were present for the vote, establishing a quorum. The newly elected chair began presiding immediately and the commission continued with its agenda, moving next to consent items and development reviews.
