The approvals included: the Blessed Mother of the Morning Star Parish’s one‑day malt and wine common victualer and entertainment license for a July 4 “disco dinner dance” at 670 Washington Avenue on June 28, 2025, with expected attendance of 85–95; outdoor seating for Cafeteria Las Delicias Colombianas, 86 Shirley Avenue (12 chairs, daily 11 a.m.–9 p.m.); a farmer‑brewery pouring permit, common victualer and entertainment license for Twisted Fate Brewing (64 Salt Street) with 70 indoor and 36 outdoor seats and hours Sunday–Thursday 11 a.m.–11 p.m., Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–1 a.m.; and an all‑alcohol restaurant license for Tulum Taqueria Inc., 425 Revere Beach Boulevard, with requested hours Sunday–Saturday 6 a.m.–2 a.m. and seating for 20.
The commission also approved one‑day common victualer and entertainment licenses for community festivals: Association of Islamic Charitable Projects at Griswold Park on June 8, 2025, 12 p.m.–5 p.m. (Eid festival, expected attendance 600); and the Revere Arabic Community at Fredericks Park on June 14, 2025, 1 p.m.–4 p.m. (community festival, expected attendance 100).
Motions to approve were made and seconded on each application and, after brief questions from commissioners and staff, the commission voted to approve the listed items.
The commission also approved the minutes of the April 16, 2025 meeting and heard communications from the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission notifying the city of manager and license approvals for other businesses.
The meeting packet and the record show routine follow‑up instructions for several applicants — for example, the Cafeteria Las Delicias owner was asked to include both Spanish and English notice that menu prices are subject to change — but no commission member proposed rescinding or amending any of the approvals on the floor.
