He also alleged retaliation by named county officials; a board moderator reminded him that county rules prohibit personal attacks and asked he make his remarks without naming supervisors.
No formal board action was taken during the public-comment period on the road complaint; supervisors later continued with consent and committee business. The clerk closed public input after multiple calls for speakers and the board moved to the consent agenda.
