Charles Erskins, who spoke from the public-comment card list, said he was barred from the senior center on Green Street for 30 days and requested a hearing or “trial” to address unfair treatment he alleges by staff and other center users. Erskins said he sought staff response and that a county staffer (Brian Epley) had not returned his call as promised. He asked the board for “justice.”
No formal county action was taken in response during the meeting; both comments were part of the record for commissioners to review.
