The Millis Select Board took a series of routine and policy votes on May 19. The following motions and outcomes were recorded at the meeting (all motions noted were moved, seconded and passed unless otherwise indicated):
- Reorganization: The board appointed Aaron Underhill as chair, Craig Schultz as vice chair and Ellen Rosenfeld as clerk (unanimous votes).
- Memorial Day proclamation: The board approved and signed the 2025 Memorial Day proclamation as presented (unanimous).
- Lansing Millis Legacy Award: The board presented the 2025 Lansing Millis Legacy Award to Chris and Jim McCaffrey; the presentation was ratified by vote.

- Contracts/agreements: Approved purchase of a Polaris Ranger UTV with rescue skid (not to exceed $51,621); approved a Ford F‑150 police responder purchase for the Animal Control department (not to exceed $72,283); approved yearly MAPC contracts for crack sealing, pavement markings, tree services and catch basin cleaning (see separate paving article); approved three‑year Zoom phone service contract with SHI (not to exceed $48,382.98), managed print services (approx. $334.88/month for 36 months) and Sharp multifunction printer lease (approx. $988.89/month for 36 months).
- Licenses and minutes: Approved a one‑day all‑alcohol license for a turkey‑shoot fundraiser hosted by the Bogosto Fish and Game Club (May 31) and approved draft minutes for April 8 and May 5, 2025.
- Executive session: The board voted to enter executive session to discuss deployment of security devices and collective bargaining (SEIU), citing that open session would have a detrimental effect on bargaining positions; the board planned to return only to adjourn.
