The briefing, led by Christopher Davis of the Community Planning & Development Services Department and Kirk Salpini of Stratford Capital Group (SCG), asked the mayor and council for preliminary feedback as the application moves through Design Review Committee (DRC) and the Planning Commission before returning to the mayor and council for a public hearing and possible adoption. "This is a project plan amendment briefing…to introduce this particular project and provide an opportunity for preliminary feedback," Davis said.
