The board’s vote: Motion to adopt the eight contracts was made by Mike Breen on behalf of the Administrative Services Committee and seconded by Dr. Fitch and Mr. Patz (as recorded in the meeting summary). The motion passed unanimously.
Next steps: Contracts will be executed by staff and funded from the indicated sources; the Point Security installation will proceed with grant funds covering the majority of the cost and the district covering the $53,185.24 balance.
