Poulsbo council adopts six-year Transportation Improvement Program for 2026–2031

Council members thanked the city engineering staff for preparing the plan and noted specific projects included on the TIP, including design work and grant-funded improvements on Third Avenue. Council discussion also referenced nearby planned closures and fish-barrier removals on Bond Road (north of city limits) and the potential regional impacts on traffic flow.
A motion to adopt Resolution 2025-05 passed on a roll call vote. The council expressed appreciation for the engineering team's work prior to the vote. No amendments to the TIP were made at the meeting.
