Resident says contractor work left home uninhabitable for disabled child; council asks staff to follow up

Sampson asked the council to require the contractor to complete repairs and to hold the city accountable.
Mayor Morrison asked staff to follow up on the family’s request; the city manager’s office acknowledged the follow-up request and said staff would contact the resident. No formal remedy or financial action was approved at the meeting; staff will investigate and report back to council and the resident.
