Superintendent Ellis presented the contract and asked the board to approve it on behalf of the district. A board member moved to approve; another seconded and the chair reported the motion carried after a voice vote.
Staff did not present a contract dollar amount during the discussion. The superintendent said the item was presented as a standard contract approval and that program logistics — including staffing and ratios — will be handled by the district and the Boys & Girls Club.
