JFAC approves multi‑year PERSI pension software upgrade, plus reduced board travel request

Representative Tanner moved the motion to add $3,000,001 one‑time for the pension software upgrade, $12,500 for board travel and $234,501 one‑time for IT hardware (total request before committee action $3,641,000 from dedicated funds). The motion was seconded and carried in committee.
