Council interviewed four applicants at a recent work session and advanced a nomination at Tuesday’s meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Tim Moore moved to reappoint Dodson; a second by Council Member Williams carried unanimously on a recorded vote.
No council member asked for further discussion before the vote. The city secretary recorded the unanimous result and the council moved to its next agenda items.
The reappointment authorizes the city manager or the city manager’s designee to execute documents related to that council action as required by NTMWD and the city’s interlocal processes.
