Caldwell names Brian Daniels as next fire chief

"I'm looking forward to it as well," Daniels said at the meeting, adding later, "If you'd have me for the next 10 to 12, I'd like that." The council praised both finalists interviewed during the hiring process and said Daniels rose to the top of a competitive pool.
