- Motion to solicit proposals (RFP) for ball-field concession and tournament management for the 2026 season: Approved (voice vote). Parks staff will publish an RFP and return with proposals for board selection.
- Motion to direct staff to proceed with appraisals for Highway 42 TAP grant right-of-way acquisitions: Approved (voice vote). Staff will order appraisals and return with results and cost estimates for board decision on acquisitions and construction.
