The committee chair moved that the clerk prepare a resolution to forward the PCN determination to the full Board with a positive recommendation. The roll call recorded Member Chin, Member Slaughter and Vice Chair Mahmood voting yes; the clerk announced "I have 3 ayes with Chair Dorsey excused." The motion passed.
