Tupelo council approves routine contracts, grant application and authorizes executive session on property acquisition

Tupelo — The Tupelo City Council approved a series of routine items during its meeting, including equipment and facility agreements, submissions for a state cyber-security grant and a reduced change order for Fair Park restrooms. Council members also voted to meet in executive session to discuss acquisition of real property.

Council President Nettie Davis presided over the meeting and led the votes on routine agenda items the council moved and seconded without extended debate.
