The board moved to receive and accept those open-book changes and separately moved to accept the certification of corrections of errors under Wisconsin Statute 70.43; both motions passed by voice vote.
The board confirmed that open-book changes were included in the assessment roll and that the assessment data would remain available through the end of the meeting for taxpayer examination. Noting that no timely objections had been filed for a hearing that day, the board recorded that one notice of intent to object had been received but was not timely for a hearing on June 4.
Finally, the board set the schedule for objection hearings: June 18, June 26 and July 16, with the meeting adjourned and reconvened as necessary. The board adjourned the session and set the next meeting date as June 18.
