BNS OKs $200,000 amendment with American Structures to continue alleyway repair program

The Indianapolis Board of Business Neighborhood Services on May 29 approved an amendment to a professional services agreement with American Structures (ASI) to support the city’s alleyway repair program, extending the agreement through Dec. 31, 2026, and increasing the compensation not-to-exceed limit by $200,000.
"Staff recommends that this board approve and authorize the director to amend a professional services agreement with firm American Structures for additional consulting services in support of the B and S alleyway repair or repair program," Caitlin Morgan said, introducing Resolution 2025C10017. Morgan said the amendment will allow the next package of alleyway repairs to be bid in coordination with the city's purchasing division.
