A staff member told the zoning administrator the item would be postponed “a couple of weeks, past July 3” so the hearing would not fall on the July 4 holiday weekend and that there would be no additional noticing scheduled at this point.
The continuance arose after staff identified unresolved questions about water fees or water demand fees that require clarification before the administrative hearing. A member of the public in attendance said they had come specifically to speak on that item; staff acknowledged the public interest and indicated the new date of July 17.
The item will return to the zoning administrator on July 17 for further consideration after staff resolves the water fee questions and provides any required notice.
