A consent-agenda motion to approve the Dec. 4 minutes was made and seconded. The committee conducted a roll-call vote; Dan Finley, Deborah Sears, Lisa Ealy (listed in roll call) and Jonathan Aubert voted yes and the motion carried.
Those officer elections will stand until the committee's next scheduled officer selection, and the approved minutes will be filed with the city's records. No additional formal actions were taken during the consent-agenda vote.
