Onslow County approves franchise for Friendly Medical Transportation amid ownership change

Awalt said the company anticipates a change in ownership in May or June 2025 and asked the board to approve the franchise application.
A motion to approve the franchise passed by voice vote; no public speakers signed up in opposition.
