The Neighborhood Partners Fund Board on June 9, 2025, approved the minutes of a previous meeting and elected new officers: Liz Becker was chosen chair and Aaron Bautista was chosen vice chair.
A motion to approve the minutes of the June 10 and June 24, 2004 meetings was made and carried unanimously (ayes). Deputy City Attorney Kristoffa Galecki said new members may vote on the item as long as there were no concerns about needed changes. No member voiced opposition during the roll call vote.
During the subsequent election, Matthew Trapp (the committee chair at the start of the meeting) opened nominations. Member Elizabeth “Liz” Becker, Ward 4 representative, was nominated and elected chair by unanimous voice vote. Becker then presided over the vice chair election; Aaron Bautista, Ward 3 representative, was nominated and elected vice chair by voice vote, with no opposition recorded.
The board did not take any additional formal actions on policy or grants at the time of the elections. Deputy City Attorney Chris Levigo later asked members whether any conflicts of interest existed with forthcoming agenda items; none were reported.
The board recessed for presentations after the elections and procedural business.
