Clark County Council approves settlement in Monahan case; minutes approved

The council convened an executive session citing RCW 42.30.110(1) to discuss pending litigation for a total of about 20 minutes, then reconvened in open session. A motion to approve the settlement was made on the record and, after a voice vote, the settlement was passed unanimously.
