The Cass County Human Service Advisory Board approved its April 7 meeting minutes and accepted the annual performance evaluation of the zone director.
Blair, who conducted roll call, called the meeting to order and the board first moved to approve minutes from the April 7 meeting. An unnamed board member moved to approve and another board member seconded; the board chair called for a voice vote and the motion carried.
Julie, vice chair, summarized the evaluation process for the director. Julie said the advisory board received input through a standard evaluation form and that she had met with the director and with the state zone operations director to gather additional feedback. Julie told the board, “We had a good conversation, good dialogue, and offered our thanks for her work,” and recommended the board accept the review.
A board member moved to accept the review and a second was recorded. The board approved the acceptance by voice vote.
No other formal personnel actions or changes were taken during the meeting.
