At about 9:07 a.m., the commission took procedural business including a motion and second to go into and out of the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) meeting; the motion was approved by voice vote with three "ayes." The commission then approved the minutes from the Tuesday, May 20, 2025, Daggett County Commission and RDA meeting after a motion and second; the vote was recorded on the audio as three "ayes." The commission similarly approved the minutes from the Tuesday, May 27, 2025 meeting with a motion, a second and unanimous voice approval.
Attendance announced at the start of the meeting included that all three commissioners were present in the courthouse, along with Clerk Lorinda Isaacson, Jordan Hewitt from tourism and Brett Reynolds with SIPCO; virtual attendees included Kent Snyder and Trevor Burksby. Following the minutes and brief issue updates, the chair recessed the meeting to conduct the Municipal Building Authority meeting at 9:17 a.m.
No controversy or substantive policy debate occurred during these procedural items; the actions recorded were approvals of earlier minutes and a routine recess to another public body.
